- The Progress report must be dated between September 1 and October 15. It must be attached to the SEF (Scholastic Eligibility Form) Both must be completely signed. Please understand that the participant MUST SHOW PROGRESS IN ANY FIELD, such as behavior, academics, punctuality, and it only has to be a 51% improvement. Also an elementary teacher may sign only once for all improvement areas. THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT FOR ALL TEAMS HEADED TO PLAYOFFS.
